We love all of our clients at Cut & Design, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cut & Design Cancellation Policy
We at Cut and Design understand that sometimes unexpected things may happen but we respectfully reserve the right to the following when a change in appointment is required;
48 hours or more notice: Service will be cancelled free of charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
Failure to show: 100% of the service price will be charged and we reserve the right to decline booking future appointments.
Cut & Design Refund Policy
There are no refunds for services provided.
Within 48 hours if notice is given to us that you are unhappy with your hair we will correct it within 2 weeks.
